Mo Karnage

This page is the more political and activist type meanderings of one Mo Karnage (aka xBISCUITSx), a 24 year old vegan straightedge queer anarchist (labels, I know, but give you some ballpark idea of what you are dealing with) Richmonder. A lot of my posts have to do with ideas I’ve been thinking about, plans and dreams, and any comments on them are welcome. I’m really into social movements and learning about them, figuring out the best way to go about participating in them etc. I’m also trying to include relevant news and current events from my life and anarchist movements in general. As much as possible I will update the site with new ideas and analyses.

I haven’t done too much with this blog recently, but I am going to try to increase my posts. In terms of current events in Richmond, Virginia I recommend you look at the blog for the collective I am a part of- The Wingnut Anarchist Collective.

Please contact me at if you want to talk.

From my OKcupid… xanarchymox

[[Vegan]], [[Straightedge]], [[Anarchist]], [[Queer]], [[Polyamorous]], Busy, Hyper, Manic, Optimistic, Loud, Cheerful, Passionate, Crazy.

I’m dirty- I like the way humans smell and I have better things to do than bathe. If you want to date me you probably need to want to date food not bombs too.
This is not a request for bootycalls or hookups. No thanks.

I live at the Wingnut Anarchist Collective in Richmond. I spend most of my time working with the collective and in our neighborhood, on explicitly anarchist projects. I don’t really go out much- only for work or political stuff or dumpstering or to play with kids mostly. I don’t get to travel much because of my responsibilities here. I’m fine with long distance stuff and boos in other locations, I just can’t commit to but so many visits to other places.

I am [[polyamorous]], with two partner right now. I am not interested in random sex, although cuddling and making out with less commitment is definitely fun.
I really really am more looking to date a woman right now, anyone who identifies as such. Ci-gender males are just not what I am looking for. The dynamics of heterosexual relationships just really don’t excite or satisfy me.

I am intense, brash and most likely more than you can handle or keep up with. But still looking for someones who can.

I care a lot about social justice issues (ie racism, classism, sexism, homophobia, speciesism etc.) and so many of the things I choose to do revolve around those issues.

I am very outspoken.

I am sex positive.

I am into body mods like tattoos and piercings, but not super extreme stuff.

I’m really not stoked on the gender binary stuff. I am gender queer. I like thinking about passing (the book Nobody Passes is super good, my boo got me to read it).

My profile says I’m bisexual, but only because they don’t have an option for pansexual. Pansexual is different than bisexual because BI means two. That is an attraction to two genders, male and female. But there are more than two genders in the world, and i don’t limit myself to just those two. (I jacked this explanation from someone elses profile). My gender of preference is anarchist…heh.

I’ve been struggling lately with how to hold myself to high standards without also criticizing others for not being just like me.

I want to work on improving my communication, to make me a better partner, friend, and activist.

I made up a song on my bike ride home from work the other day “you gotta be nicer, communicate better, manage your stress, work together” maybe not a song really, but some good things worth thinking about on a regular basis.

I’m a morning person, more often than not I wake up cheerful. I don’t like being around people who sleep in super late all the time or play video games etc. I love to be productive, and want to be surrounded with productive people. I reaaallly enjoy waking up early, making coffee and fancy breakfast, and reading while eating with a boo. I also really like waking up early and blasting some Mischief Brew and cleaning the house or starting a project.

I value responsibility, maturity, communication, respect and compassion in others.
I’m into [[folk punk]], [[Dumpster Diving]], [[trash picking]], [[New Orleans]], [[freight trains]], [[overalls]], [[DIY]] ,[[gardening]], [[crafts]], and [[zines]].

I am anarchist, dirty, and vegan

Hi, I’m trying to get a hold of you because I’m reviewing Cuddle Puddles and Hot Pants #2 for Zine World and I have some questions about what address to include in the review, what email address and website to include (if any), and whether it’s available for trade and free to prisoners. I tried emailing you at Approaching Apocalypse’s email address, and I haven’t heard back from you, so I’m wondering if you don’t check it that often or if I just haven’t been patient enough. Please get back to me as soon as you get the chance. I can be reached at robotmad (gmail)–thanks very much.

Hi Mo! I just randomly came across your blog. I met you at the Harvest of Hope fest when I was with Rebecca and Marty! It just so happens that I’ll be passing through Richmond sometime next week and it’d be awesome to have someone to hang with for a little. My email is carpentern2 at if you are interested, I can be reached there!

Your blog is great, by the way!
